Flush Casements in New Build Homes
Local builder Sean Hutchinson, with subcontractor Classique Windows, has just completed the installation of 27 Timberlook Flush Sash windows to an individual specification build in the village of Singleton, near Poulton-le-Fylde.
When asked about the customer’s reactions to the windows, Sean said: “they were so happy with the way that the windows complemented the building, they were Face-timing their friends!” Sean’s customers had carried out extensive research and then visited a showroom in Poulton to see exactly how the Timberlook frame differed from a standard PVCu window.
Careful to comply with the raft of new building regulations, the Timberlook windows were specified to both Part L1A for Thermal Efficiency, and Part Q for Security in New Dwellings. Both of these standards must be met in order to satisfy current building regulations for completely brand new homes in the UK.
The photos in the gallery were taken immediately after the installation was completed.
